3- Eclair De genie

I can talk about this for ages knowing that the “Eclaire” is my favorite dessert! And well as it’s name say if we translated to English its: The Genius’s Eclaire. That’s what this pastry is all about. The man behind it is Christophe Adam and to whom we should be super grateful!

Please go ahead and try those delicious fluffy succulent eclairs! They are totally worth it! The only uncool thing is that you will probably be lost! You will definitely not Know what to chose!🙈

They have a wide range of choices: From Mango to strawberry, pistachio, coffee, raspberry, bannana……Everything! It’s like choosing a scoop of ice cream. The cost of 1 piece is about 5 euros!

6- Aux Merveilleux de Fred

This one is actually a very special gem and a delicious piece of heaven. I am not a sugary person, and despite that I had this little joy 2 times in my last trip to Paris. This actually might be my favorite dessert😋

Aux Merveilleux de Fred is an artisanal patisserie that bloomed everywhere in Paris. Although, ” Le Merveilleux” is a Belgium specialty, it became one of the best pastries in Paris. This succulent little piece of sugar can literally make your heart melt.

But what is it? It is traditionally made of two meringues, whipped cream, the whole rolled in chocolate shavings. Merveilleux is available in many flavors like coffee, praline, dark chocolate, caramel, and cherry.  My favorite one? Definitely the Cherry!🍒 Try it and thank me for that😉

Location: Aux Merveilleux de Fred has many locations in Paris so you get to chose the closest one to you. But you can also enjoy those sweet gems in Vincennes or Boulogne-Billancourt.

7- La Patisserie des Reves

“Patisseries” in Paris are in each corner of the city, they are literally everywhere. To chose between them can be hard, very hard. So here I am giving you one Golden name: La Patisserie des Reves.

What is it famous for? You will literally find everything in there, but the specialties remains: “The Saint Honore Cake”, Brioche and “Fraisier”🍓

Location: This Patisserie, remains in one of the most beautiful streets to visit by walk in Paris. It’s at: 93 Rue du Bac, 75007 Paris, France

Recommendations: I would recommend you to head there early morning for a nice sugary breakfast. Take whatever you feel like having and walk around the beautiful area.

Also! Try one of the most iconic desserts in Paris which is tarte tatin.🥞 A mix of caramelized apples in butter tart baked to perfection. Oh and it was originally created by accident by two sisters at Hôtel Tatin.
